Supplier Network Manager
The success of an eProcurement solution is largely dependent on being accepted by suppliers. It is therefore essential that the suppliers are integrated from the very beginning in the entire eProcurement process chain. The Supplier Network Manager enables suppliers to independently configure and update information about products, prices and stock in the eProcurement solution.
It is critical that the suppliers have a tool with
which they can easily manage the catalog process on
a self service basis without prior training. With the
BuyFast Supplier Network Manager suppliers can securely
upload, verify and modify product catalogs and price
files and are able to release customer specific catalog
and price list updates as well as deliver all corresponding
multimedia documents. Predefined rule-based verification
mechanisms facilitate easier data validation and address
customer specific data validation requirements. Buyers
and suppliers interact independently with the solution,
however catalog dashboards enable the visibility of
the status of the catalog process across the entire
process.
Each supplier has his own protected environment within the supplier network. This inspires confidence in suppliers with regard to data security and data integrity, and facilitates an acceptance of the electronic procurement system.
