tesa manages its product data with jCatalog
Product Information Management for the successful
marketing of tesa products
Dortmund, 09/28/05 - tesa AG uses jCatalog's
product information system for its central data
maintenance.
Be it images or texts - from now on, tesa manages
product information with jCatalog. The objective
is to make consistent information available for
different application purposes. For example, for
the distribution of information among employees,
the creation of customer-specific catalogs for
procurement systems or standardized for data pool
trade (SINFOS or PBS). The use of jCatalog enables
tesa to serve their customers better and faster
with updated product information. Furthermore,
the system will be used in future to automatically
create product data sheets and price lists. The
application also forms the foundation for all
future applications that help in structuring product
information.
