Chairman of the Board
| Stephan Albers is Chairman of the Board and co-founder of jCatalog Software
AG. In his capacity as Chairman of the Board, he is responsible for sales and development
activities. He founded jCatalog Software AG jointly with Martin Frommberger in 1999. Prior
to this, he was Managing Partner in the software company of A & F Systeme. Here Stephan
Albers was responsible for the development activities, working as Project Leader on the
successful implementation of several major customer projects such as Siemens Telefonsysteme
or Hyundai Motor Deutschland. Albers studied Applied Information Technology with special
emphasis on engineering at the University of Dortmund, graduating with a diploma in
Information Technology.

| Eckhardt Schwabe has been Head of Sales at jCatalog Software AG since
December 2007. Before becoming Head of Business Development at DEKRA Business Services /
DEKRA Certification GmbH, he worked as Head of Sales at TÜV Business Services / TÜV
Rheinland Consulting GmbH and was owner of net Payment GmbH. From 2000 to 2004 he worked
as Head of Marketing at net mobile AG and was responsible for the business management of
net Vertriebs GmbH & Co.KG, where he boosted the turnover of the startup from zero to
around 4.5 million euros a month. The company was distinguished by Deloitte / Touche as
one of the fastest growing IT companies during his time there. Prior to this, Eckhardt
Schwabe managed the business customer sales at the Mannesmann Corporate Group Arcor where
he was responsible for sales in the hundreds of millions range. He completed his studies
in Business Economics at the Ruhr-University in Bochum.

Head of US Operations
| Paul Lane is responsible for Business Development and Operations of
jCatalog Software Inc., the US subsidiary of jCatalog Software AG. He is also responsible
for the market segment "Marketplaces and Procurement Service Providers". Paul Lane has 25
years of experience in the American software sector. In the last six years, he has specialized
in the development of supplier relationship management solutions within international
organizations. Before joining jCatalog Software AG, Paul Lane was responsible as Key
Account Manager and Project Leader for some of the largest global projects at Commerce
One, USA. Prior to this, he managed the Western US Professional Services for Indus
International, a leading provider for enterprise architecture management. He started his
change of career at Bechtel, the largest construction company in the USA. Paul Lane studied
at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and has a B.Sc. in Engineering.

Head of Professional Service
| Stefan Riesenbeck has been Head of Professional Service at jCatalog Software
AG since 2007. From 2001 until 2007 he worked as Project Manager in Professional Service at
jCatalog Software AG, his responsibilities here including major projects with IBX and Siemens
and managing the introduction of product information systems, e.g. at Tesa and Otto Office.
Prior to this, Stefan Riesenbeck worked in software development at jCatalog Software AG. Up
until 2000, he was a student trainee in the Data Processing department of Bleistahl
Produktions GmbH und Co.KG. He studied Business Information Systems at the Dortmund
University of Applied Sciences.

| Arne Gräper has been Head of Development at jCatalog Software AG since
2007, a role in which he is responsible for the entire product development. From 2006 to
2007, he was Senior Developer at jCatalog Software AG. Prior to this, he worked as a
scientific assistant at the Institute for Measuring and Control Technology where he managed
industrial software projects for quality assurance using image processing. Until January
2004, he worked as Senior Developer at Nokia Mobile Phones BU in Ulm. He studied Physics at
the University of Dortmund with special emphasis on solid-state physics / semiconductor
optics.

Member of the Advisory Board
| Martin Frommberger is one of the main shareholders and a member of the
Advisory Board of jCatalog AG. He advises jCatalog Software AG in the areas of professional
services, finances and operations in particular. Before co-founding jCatalog Software AG
in 2000, he was a joint founder of A & F Systeme together with Stephan Albers in 1991, where
he was responsible for various projects as well as the entire systems business. Martin
Frommberger has a diploma in Information Technology, having studied Applied Information
Technology with special emphasis on engineering sciences at the University of Dortmund.
